Competition terms and conditions!
Participation in the competition organized by Roberto Geissini Verwaltungs GmbH (hereinafter: RG) is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. The organizer is Roberto Geissini Verwaltungs GmbH .
eligible participants
Any natural person aged 18 or over residing in Germany is eligible to participate. Employees of participating companies and their relatives and staff are excluded.
RG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who have provided false information, violated the conditions of participation, or carried out manipulation or had it carried out.
All shoppers on the website www.robertogeissini.de and robertogeissini-outlet.de who enter the code "CARMEN" when checking out their purchase by 11:59 p.m. on May 20, 2024 are eligible to take part in the competition. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Purchases received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
The competition runs from May 13, 2024 to May 20, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CET. You have the opportunity to take part in the competition within this period. Each participant can only take part in the competition once with their first purchase.
RG reserves the right to terminate, interrupt or modify the promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice and/or to change the promotion terms and conditions and/or the prizes if circumstances make such a step necessary, without RG being liable in any way to pay compensation to the participants.
Prize, determination and notification of the prize and redemption: 10 winners will be drawn from all shoppers from Germany who entered the code CARMEN during the specified period. The 10 shoppers will receive a refund of the entire value of their shopping cart that they purchased using the code CARMEN .
Determination of profit:
The winner will be determined at random after the closing date on May 21, 2024.
Notification of the win:
The winner will be notified of their win via email to the email address provided for the purchase. In addition, the winner's first name, the first letter of their last name and their place of residence will be published on the Instagram channel @carmengeiss. The winner expressly agrees to this form of publication.
Liability
Claims for damages by the participant are excluded.
Excluded from this are claims for damages by the participant arising from injury to life, body or health or from the violation of contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the participant can regularly rely; as well as liability for other damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the organizer, its legal representatives or vicarious agents.
If contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the participant can regularly rely, are violated through simple negligence, the provider is only liable for the damage caused up to the contractually typical, foreseeable damage.
The restrictions of the above two paragraphs also apply to the benefit of the organizer’s legal representatives and vicarious agents if claims are asserted directly against them.
Compensation for delayed or non-delivery is excluded unless the organizer is guilty of intent or gross negligence. In the event of liability, the organizer is only liable for the damage that is typical for the contract and foreseeable.
The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
Termination of the competition: RG reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the competition if there is a change in Instagram's promotional guidelines during the competition, so that the implementation of the competition would contradict the valid regulations of Instagram or the competition would be stopped by Instagram.

This competition is in no way associated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the entrant is not Instagram, but RG. RG releases Instagram from any liability. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition should be directed to RG and not to Instagram.

In the event of disputes between us and consumers, the option of out-of-court dispute resolution is available upon request at the General Consumer Arbitration Board of the Center for Arbitration eV. Legal recourse is excluded.
The conduct of the competition, the legal relationship between the organizer and the participant, as well as these participation rules including their interpretation are subject exclusively to German law, excluding all legal norms that refer to another legal system.

To take part in the competition, you must provide personal information, such as the first name and surname under which you are registered on Instagram. Providing other information is voluntary. The personal data will be stored electronically and used to process the competition in the event of a win. Participation in the competition is voluntary. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
The organizer processes and uses this personal data exclusively to conduct the competition.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to be notified by means of a personal message via email and to the publication of his or her first name, initial of his or her surname and place of residence.
The winners’ data will be deleted after the tax retention period of 10 years has expired.
We would like to point out that you can revoke your consent at any time. This means that we are no longer permitted to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.
