Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free for orders over 200€. Orders under 200€ are shipped within Germany for a flat rate of 6.50€.

The shipping costs for wine orders within Germany are:

  • 1 box: 10.50 EUR
  • 2 boxes: 13.00 EUR
  • 3 boxes: 20.50 EUR
  • From 4 boxes: 26.00 EUR

For deliveries abroad, shipping costs vary depending on the country. You can find the exact shipping costs here .

Once payment is received, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Clothing and accessories are shipped with DHL, while wine is shipped with UPS.

Usually the shipping time is about 2-4 days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email that you can use to track the shipping status of your order.

If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service .

We deliver clothing and accessories to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Wine and Liqueur Tropézienne are only shipped within Germany. However, wine can also be ordered to other EU countries (except Switzerland) via this link .

If you are not present, the package will be handed over to a neighbor or left at the nearest post office for collection.

Return & Refund

You have 14 days to return items.

Wine and hygiene products cannot be exchanged.

Pack the items securely and use the return form . Send the package back to the following address:

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please keep your proof of shipment until we have refunded the goods.

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be made via the original payment method used within 14 days.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please use the return form and indicate your exchange request. This will save you additional shipping costs and you will receive your new item of clothing quickly.

Yes, you can pay by invoice. In the second step of the payment process, you can choose between Amazon Pay and PayPal - a PayPal account is not required for this. Please note that approval of payment by invoice depends on a credit check, the result of which we have no influence on. If payment by invoice is rejected, you can choose an alternative payment method.

After receipt of the undamaged return, the refund will be made within 14 days via the original payment method used.

If your payment fails, please check your payment details and try again. Alternatively, you can choose a different payment method.

Order

Changes to orders are only possible as long as the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse. This is usually only the case for orders that have not yet been paid for (in the case of advance payment).

If the order has already been shipped, you can no longer change it, but you have the option to cancel the order and return the goods. A credit will be issued after the return.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please contact our customer service immediately so that we can solve the problem quickly.

There is no set minimum order value for orders in our shop.
